FROM QUEENS MIDTOWN TUNNEL:
Exit onto Tunnel Exit St. Turn left onto East 34th Street and then turn right onto 2nd Avenue. Turn right onto East 30th Street and then turn left onto 1st Avenue. Turn Left onto East 33rd Street. The 303 lobby entrance will be on the right side of the road.

FROM QUEENSBORO / 59TH STREET BRIDGE:
Turn right at E 62nd St and make the next left at York Ave. Turn right at E 63rd St and merge onto FDR Dr S/Franklin Delano Roosevelt Dr South. Take exit 8 toward I-495/E 34 St. Turn right at E 34th St and then the first left at 2nd Ave. Turn right onto East 30th Street and then turn left onto 1st Avenue. Turn Left onto East 33rd Street. The 303 lobby entrance will be on the right side of the road.

FROM LINCOLN TUNNEL
From the Lincoln Tunnel exit make a slight left at Dyer Ave. Turn left at W 34th St and follow signs for I-495 East. Turn right at 2nd Ave. Turn right onto East 30th Street and then turn left onto 1st Avenue. Turn Left onto East 33rd Street. The 303 lobby entrance will be on the right side of the road.
